Now that our house is back in "active" status we have a showing tomorrow (10/8) by an agent that contacted our agent multiple times while our house was in a "not available for showings" status. We are crossing our fingers and saying a few extra prayers that whoever is coming to see our house REALLY likes it and hopefully something great comes from it! Wish us luck (and say a prayer or two if you would..thanks!!)!!! :)
Update: We had the showing, but it was for a couple that are just starting their search. I guess the search for the right person / people is still on.
