Sydney spent time at the park

Sydney and daddy spent Thursday together and they went to the new park by our house!! Sydney loves to swing and I'm told she had a great time at the park playing on everything else too!
This is a famous way that Sydney likes to sit or sleep...this time she was watching Clifford while waiting for daddy!
On Saturday we went to the park and Sydney had so much fun....check out the concentration on her face going down the steps! We went down the slide a couple of times together and then she finally went down all by herself! I didn't get any pictures of it though...she was watching for me on each curve of the slide...but the smile on face at the bottom was great...she was thrilled!!!

We didn't have daycare on Thursday or Friday this week...so on Thursday she spent the day with daddy...I will say since Jim has been laid off Sydney has become quite the daddy's girl...even more than she was before! :) (On a side note about Jim, since he was laid off when his company was bought out...he finished his resume on Friday and is ready to get it out to all his leads! Good luck honey!!) On Friday she spent the day with Auntie Christy and had a blast (they both did)! On Saturday we also went out for dinner for Grandpa Jagow's birthday with the entire family! Sydney had a great time seeing all of her cousins (she loves her cousin Shelby..she even talks about her at random times). She wasn't all that thrilled to sit in her chair though...we had to rely on bribery...thankfully there was a gift store down the hall (we were at the MOA) and we were able to get stickers. And it worked...monkey stickers were the trick!! On Sunday she spent the day with grandma & grandpa Jagow while we went to the Renaissance Festival. When we picked her up she had mastered saying "Happy Birthday"....we had worked on it in the morning when Uncle Terry stopped over (and today is his b-day) and she tried telling him. It was too cute when she came up to me after we had been there for a while and in her cute little way she said "happy birtday"...that is exactly how she said it!
